We should find out what the deal is in just a few days, we'll keep our apps and countdown clocks close by until then.

A look inside the battery compartment reveals a model number of SGH-T879, with the phone also reporting that it is running version 4.0.3 of Android. Several carrier-specific apps are also pictured on the homescreen, including T-Mobile Mail, T-Mobile TV, and My T-Mobile. Apple jabs new Samsung Tab in Germany

Apple jabs new Samsung Tab in Germany

Posted on Apr 23, 2012 by MG3

It appears that Apple is not satisfied with the changes Samsung has made to its Galaxy Tab line over in Germany this month as the Galaxy Tab 10.1N, modified from the 10.1 with no N, still infringes on the iPad’s form and purpose – so they say. This same claim for the original Galaxy Tab has already taken hold in some other parts of the world and Apple has indeed succeeding in banning the 10.1 version of Samsung’s tablet line for brief periods of time in the past – this time though, it’s after Samsung took steps to avoid such a suit specifically. Will the Tab 10.1N, with its front-facing speakers and all, be able to avoid the Apple hammer in Deutschland?

It'll also apparently come with a VOD-store, offering up audio and video content for a fee, presumably beside what's available in Google Play. It's also reporting that the company's Media Solution Center has asked Microsoft to join KT and Amazon in developing the infrastructure to ensure a smooth launch.
