T-Mobile Nokia Lumia 710 now available on Pre-Paid

T-Mobile Nokia Lumia 710 now available on Pre-Paid

Posted on Jun 11, 2012 by MG1

The Nokia Lumia 710 is now available on Pre-Paid on T-Mobile USA where it costs only $249.99 with $50 refill, bringing the actual cost down only to $199. The handset is also available in store on Bestbuy where it is retailing for $299.
The handset appears to be the best specced from the Pre-Paid devices in the price range, with most offering 3 megapixel cameras, WVGA screens and Android 2.3, and some even running 600 Mhz processors, which we all know is buttery smooth on Android.
Nokia has the logistic scale to be able to compete in the low-end and still make money, so hopefully their handsets will get the recognition they deserve for the great value for money they deliver.

Nokia Lumia 710 coming to WIND Mobile tomorrow, priced to sell

Posted on May 03, 2012 by MG1

The long wait is coming to an end soon, with Canada’s WIND Mobile unleashing the Nokia Lumia 710 tomorrow, offering the handset for free on 3 year WINDtab with WIND40 monthly plan (surely still a bad deal) or $99 on the WINDtab with the WIND25 monthly plan or finally $259 outright, which seems a low price to pay for freedom from being locked in for an eternity.

Now Nokia Lumia 710 also sold out on Optus Australia

Now Nokia Lumia 710 also sold out on Optus Australia

Posted on Mar 21, 2012 by MG1

First the Black Nokia Lumia 800 ran out on Australian carrier Optus, and now scarcely 4 days alter, the Nokia Lumia 710 has followed suit, becoming unavailable on Optus’s virtual store shelves (stock likely remains in stores).
Unfortunately we of course do not know how much stock Optus had, but what is clear is that demand has certainly exceeded supply, which is always good news for Nokia’s entrance to Australia with their brand new OS.

Nokia Lumia 710 sold out at Vodafone Portugal

Posted on Feb 13, 2012 by MG1

The Nokia Lumia 710 only launched in Portugal a week or two ago, but is already sold out at Vodafone Portugal. The country, where Nokia still has a very strong brand, have been waiting on tenterhooks for the launch of Nokia’s Windows Phone 7 handsets, which might explain the carrier running out of stock so quickly.
Fortunately TMN.pt still has some in stock, so if you are desperately looking for the handset there, try your luck here.

T-Mobile shaves $10 off the Lumia 710, Microsoft sells it for $0

T-Mobile shaves $10 off the Lumia 710, Microsoft sells it for $0

Posted on Feb 01, 2012 by MG1

T-Mobile launched the Lumia 710 for $50 on the 11th of January for $49.99 with a two year contract. Three weeks later, that price is now down to $39.99. Microsoft, who apparently has an online store that this author had no idea even existed, is also now selling the Lumia 710 … for free. That’s right, they’re giving it away with a two year contract. Earlier today we also saw a tweet from Eldar Murtazin, Editor in Chief of Mobile-Review, saying that the Lumia 710 is on sale in Russia for 9890 rubles ($325). That’s down nearly 27% compared to the 13,490 ruble price tag the device had when it launched in Russia on December 15th. Notice a trend? It’s bad enough Nokia wasn’t forthcoming about how ...

Nokia Lumia 710 Price Drops To Rs.15,000 Range In India

Nokia Lumia 710 Price Drops To Rs.15,000 Range In India

Posted on Jan 25, 2012 by MG1

Nokia Lumia 710, the mid-range smartphone from Nokia just got a significant price cut in India few days before. Lumia 710 was introduced in India with the price of Rs.19,990 ( approx 400 USD) a month ago. Now Nokia Lumia 710 got a 20% price cut and its on sale for Rs. 15000 range (approx 300 USD). We are not sure about the reason behind the huge price drop of the device just a month after its launch but this will definitely ramp up the sales of the device. Samsung Omnia W is the competing Windows Phone device in this category.

Nokia Lumia 710 Goes Free at Walmart on Contract

Posted on Jan 18, 2012 by MG3

The next time you're out battling the crowd at Wally World stocking up on toilet paper, cereal, and fish bait (hopefully for different purposes and not because of some weird fetish), you may decide to add a Windows Phone 7.5 device to your shopping cart. It's not exactly a tough sell when the mega retailer decides to give one away for free, like it's doing with Nokia's Lumia 710 smartphone.

Nokia Lumia 710 hitting UK on February 1st

Nokia Lumia 710 hitting UK on February 1st

Posted on Jan 17, 2012 by MG15

While Nokia Lumia 800 has been available in the UK for some time now, its lower-end sibling Lumia 710 is yet to hit the stores across the country. Apparently, the wait will end soon with the Finnish company launching its entry-level Windows Phone device on February 1st. Orange and Three are on board to sell the new phone, though we’re sure third-party retailers will offer it on a number of plans from all (most) major carriers. The price is unknown at the moment, but it’s safe to bet you’ll be able to secure your unit for free on plans starting below 30 GBP per month. Unlocked, the device will probably sell for about 300 GBP, though we don’t have anything confirmed at this stage — it’s just m...
