Like UnlikeFiled in: Google
It's a bird, it's a plane -- it's Dart, Google's soon-to-be-released computer language for structured web programming. Having hoarded dart-related URLs for the past couple of months, Google's confirmed the (previously) secret project on the Goto International Software Development conference website. A couple of Mountain View's finest will make the announcement official in the keynote at the event on October 10th, when presumably we'll find out what it can do. Dart makes a nice addition to Go, JavaScript and Python in Google's coding bag-o-tricks, but there's room for one more -- we're looking at you, Spot.

Google Music launches on iOS as a beta web app
Like UnlikeFiled in: Operating SystemsAppleGoogleiOS 4
Google Music Beta seems like the most logical thing to have on Android - after all it allows you uploading some 20,000 tracks to the Google cloud and use them from almost any device, and almost was partly constituted by the hoard of iOS device users, which have been missing an app.

Samsung SCH-W689 rocks two SIM card slots, bada OS and clamshell form-factor
Like UnlikeFiled in: Cell PhonesSamsung
Well what do we have here – a bada-powered smartphone that doesn’t come in an all-touchscreen form factor! Rather the Samsung SCH-W689 is a clamshell with two touchscreens, one measuring 3.2 inches and the other one – 3 inches; both of which support WQVGA resolution.
But that’s not all – this little fella’ also rocks two SIM card slots and can work across both GSM and CDMA-based networks. Kinda neat when you think about it, too bad it’s a China only device at the moment.

Like UnlikeTwitter has announced that it has reached 100 million global active users on Twitter, accessing it via Twitter.com, official Twitter apps and third-party apps too.
In a very un-Twitter-like move, the social network has also revealed a veritable cornucopia of stats about its users, no doubt hoping to lure in new advertisers and actually make some money for a change.
So, we now know that those 100 million tweeters are averaging around 230 million tweets a day, which amounts to a lot of pithy commentary on current events.
What's more, 400 million monthly unique browsers access Twitter.com; that's up 70 per cent from the start of the year (!). Meanwhile, 55 per cent of the 100 million active use...

Apple injunction against Galaxy Tab 10.1 upheld in Germany
Like UnlikeFiled in: TabletsSamsungGALAXY Tab 10.1
Apple has re-secured its injunction against the Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 in Germany, with the Düsseldorf courts upholding its existing ban on sales. In what was reportedly a short sitting this morning, NetbookNews reports, the judge deemed that Samsung’s “smooth, simple surfaces” of the 10.1-inch Honeycomb tablet copied the minimalist aesthetic of the iPad, a design that Apple secured back in 2004.
