The phone functionality is fantastic, especially with the new update, it works faster and better. In all the screen is a bit small, but big enough to read text and view web pages with ease (definitely a good phone for the younger crowd.). The size and form factor is very smooth and pocketable. The phone is very sleek and shiny, and while the screen itself is a fingerprint magnet, it is quite scratch proof. The outer rim of the phone is pretty prone to chips and scratches, but it isnt that bad. The qwerty keyboard is AMAZING and i mean it! The rounded keys and spacing are great, especially for the younger crowd. The layout and everything is built very well. The physical keys on the outside of the phone come in handy alot! Especially the silence switch which is kind of like the one on the iphone which puts the phone on vibrate. The lock, and camera key are also placed very well, and are easy to find in the dark. The three keys on the front of phone are very easy to use and are quite basic with the software on the phone. Like i said earlier this phone is perfect for teens between 13 and 18 because of the easy accessibility to all social networking sites thanks to motoblur. When there arent too many apps working at once motoblur tends to work faster (downloading TASKKILLER is highly recommended, because it helps turn off apps that are not in use.) To sum it up, this phone is highly recommended for the younger crowd, media users, and those who like to know what all of their friends are doing at once. With the new update, and android 2.1 around the corner, i would recommend buying this phone.

The Motorola Cliq is a good entry level handset for tmobile as far as the Android market goes. It is currently stuck with android 1.5 with the Motorola Blur overlay that seems to slow this handset down. This phone is slated to receive an update to android 2.1 in mid-March. I am hoping to try this handset agin when it receives the 2.1 update. As of right now this is the best current Android phone for T-Mobile with a keyboard.
