Optoma is releasing a new home theater projector this week called the HD33. This is the latest 3D projector to join the home theater lineup and it features 1800 ANSI lumens, a 4000:1 contrast ratio, and full HD (1920 x 1080) resolution. The company is stating that the projector is the very first 3D projector to retail for under $1500. Optoma has also included a new PureMotion 3D feature that reduces judder for both 2D and 3D content. The connection panel also includes dual HDMI ports as well as an assortment of analog ports.
