Ownership period: less than 1 year.
Great business device. Would have been perfect with a capacitative touch screen. Processing speed is good but not great which is bad for such a nice business device. However, TouchFlo 3D by HTC makes this as a 'charm-to-use' device.

Great, but not the best out there.

Ownership period: less than 1 year.
Lets get the bad out of the way first. You will be charging this phone a lot, and you will be having some issues with the technical design. But when you take those out of the picture, you will have a great device which, thanks to its Sense UI, brings an experience that is uncommon for windows mobile.
The touch pro2 is a full package with faults. For example: the email functionality could have been better, while the sms interface is top notch. Also the slide out keyboard is very functional.
I'd say try it out before you buy. And definatly take a look at the HD2 for it is a much more advanced windows mobile device, if you really want to go that route.
