Great phone but with some flaws

Ownership period: less than 1 year.

I have really enjoyed this phone. I started using this device after using the HTC Tilt. Its form is sleek and keyboard is very friendly. (spacing between keys) The screen is clear and responds well to touch. (screen is not capacitive) The housing is a mix of plastic and aluminum, which adds to its appearance. It does not come with windows mobile 6.5, but can be added if you know how. I believe there are some design issues that could have prevented with proper testing. The problems I have experienced have been sent off for warranty. It appears the ribbon cable connection can come loose or rub itself raw causing the screen to go blank when keyboard is out. Also, the microphone cable came loose. Another problem I have not experienced is the housing cracking in some vulnerable areas. This phone was a great idea and I plan to keep using it when I get it back, but it is not without problems.
