Rumours are suggesting that Samsung will announce an NX20 in February, which will then be available from April.
Seemingly another manufacturer that is keen to cash in on the popular retro trend that is currently being displayed by the likes of the Fujifilm X Pro1 and the Olympus PEN E-P3, the Samsung NX20 is said to feature a vintage design.
Other rumoured specs include a 1.8 million pixel electronic viewfinder, full manual control and a swivelling AMOLED display screen.

Samsung is considering producing a more advanced compact system camera with more traditional style controls in order to attract enthusiast photographers, according to Nick White, Head of Digital Imaging at Samsung UK. Speaking candidly to TechRadar, White said that 2011 had been a tough year for its compact system cameras and they have failed to achieve the sales figures that the company believe they merit. Despite many favourable reviews, Samsung's CSCs have suffered from fierce competiton and aggressive advertising campaigns from other manufacturers, particularly in the run up to Christmas.

Samsung has announced the NX200 rangefinder-style 20.3MP mirrorless interchangeable-lens camera. The latest in the NX series features a sleek new metal body wrapped around the latest APS-C CMOS sensor from the Korean manufacturer. It can shoot at 7 frames per second and capture 1080p30 HD video.
