Thanks to an exclusive dig by WPCentral, we now know the timing of the Mango update on at least one carrier. According to Daniel Rubino, AT&T will start rolling out the Mango update on the 27th of September. The Samsung Focus v1.3, the HTC Surround, and the LG Quantum will start the show off on the 27th of September. »read more
