Popular note-taking service Evernote has updated its iOS app for the iPhone and iPad with a number of new features that bring it to parity with the Windows Phone and Android versions of the app. Most notably, the Evernote app for iOS now supports rich text editing and password security options.
Apparently adding rich text support to the iOS version of Evernote was not as easy as it was on other platforms, so the company is quite excited about it. With rich text editing, you can add styled text, such as bold, italicized, or underlined text, highlight existing text, add URLs, create header text, and make lists.
