Enjoying the Storm2

I do admit I am being lured towards the Android OS - particularly the Nexus One coming at some point to VZW. But you cannot beat messaging on a BB...

Storm 2 9550

The first major overhaul for the Storm 2 was the screen. The original Storm was plagued by inconsistent clicking. The Storm 2 solved most of those issues by going to 4 electronically controlled buttons as opposed to the single mechanical button on the Storm. The screen does not click as deep as the original but it is very tight and consistent from corner to corner making typing very enjoyable.
The second change is the expanded application memory. The Storm 2 doubled the memory of the original giving you much more room for applications with much less need for battery pulls to clear the leaked memory.
The third change is the addition of wifi. You can now have simultaneous connections to both the wireless network as well as a wifi network. This is a big plus for anyone that has tried to download a file larger than 3 mb and gotten the error telling you it is too big to download OTA. Downloading over wifi is unlimited and there is no limit on the size of the file that can be downloaded.
Overall I highly recommend the Storm 2 to anyone that wants a highly advance smartphone with a unique touchscreen.
