Great Potential, Lacks Great Software

Ownership period: less than a month.

I had this phone not too long ago. I decided to change my phones because I was having problems with this Nokia. The phone has excellent features, but what it lacks is an innovative software. It tends to run slow and with their newest update, it lags more and freezes. For me, it froze every hour where I got feedback from vibration, but none of the apps would launch and all keys, including the power key, became nonfunctional. Every time, I'd have to take out the battery to get it to power off.
