OnePlus 5T Pro Reviews

PC World‘s review Edit

Despite its Never Settle mantra, OnePlus’s phones have always come with certain caveats. The the OnePlus 5T has its compromises, but the company's aggressive strategy of rolling out new handsets twice as fast as its Android peers has paid big dividends. Anyone looking for a new phone needs to give strong consideration to the 5T. (Well, anyone who isn’t a Verizon customer, anyway.)

SlashGear‘s review Edit

As I mentioned with our review of the OnePlus 5, OnePlus moved away from the “shockingly good” value market when they ramped up prices earlier this year. With the OnePlus 5T, they’ve left the $300-$400 range wide open. For the $500 range, they’re right on top.

Phone Arena‘s review Edit

However, as much as we're impressed by its low cost, The OnePlus 5T is not a surefire winner that can topple the greats in the high-end space right now – more so if you're willing to spend the extra money on getting a comparably spec'd smartphone without the compromises. Phones like the Google Pixel 2 XL, Samsung Galaxy Note 8, and LG V30 will cost you a whole lot more to pick up, but they do offer a lot more in terms of features over the OnePlus 5T. If you're able to overlook some of its deficiencies, however, namely its underwhelming camera performance, lack of wireless charging and absence of water resistance, the OnePlus 5T would be an excellent choice.

The OnePlus 5T is a superb, affordable phone for new buyers, despite only minor changes from the OnePlus 5.
