Dell OptiPlex 9030 Pro Reviews

computershopper‘s review Edit

The OptiPlex 9030 Touch is not a beast of a system, neither in size nor in performance. The lack of a discrete graphics option means would-be gamers had better look elsewhere (and be prepared to spend more, as for the MSI AG270 we tested not long ago). But Dell's OptiPlex line doesn't pretend to have the gaming aspirations that its Inspiron and XPS series, let alone its Alienware models, do—it's Dell's business brand, devoted to good-looking, strongly supported PCs for office productivity. And on that score, though the keyboard and mouse leave something to be desired, the 9030 is a definite success.

TechRadar UK‘s review Edit

The Dell OptiPlex 9030 doesn't over-deliver. But, then again, it doesn't promise all that much either. As a basic workstation, its form is greater than its function. I experienced some serious issues with the internals of the machine. But IT managers can at least appreciate the level of care Dell puts into its security and remote management systems. This all-in-one is tough to recommend for the majority of businesses. Under a different set of specs, the OptiPlex 9030 could've been king of the all-in-one castle. As it stands now, though, it's a run-of-the-mill release that's better left on the shelf.

PC Magazine‘s review Edit

With its easily accessible chassis and pivot-capable, 10-point touch screen, the Dell OptiPlex 9030 Touch is a solid all-in-one desktop that will help your business transition to Windows 8.1 Professional over the next few years.
