Nokia today introduces the 701, a new Symbian smartphone running the Belle update. The 701's stand-out feature is its display. Nokia says the 3.5-inch IPS (in-plane switching) LCD is the world's brightest in terms of NITs. This ClearBlack display has 640 x 360 pixels and makes use of Gorilla Glass. Like the 700, the 701 comes with penta-band HSDPA/HSUPA 3G, Wi-Fi, GPS, Bluetooth 3.0, and runs on a 1GHz processor.
