I have had an Xbox 360 since January 2006. I must have been one of the few people that did not have any trouble at all with the first batch of systems out. I ended up getting banned from Xbox Live because I was stupid, so I upgraded to an Elite and that's the one I still have now. I did have to send my Elite into Microsoft once because it kept freezing after about two minutes no matter what I did. But got it back quickly and now it works great! Highly recommended.

Amazing System

This system definitely revolutionizes the way we play video gaming. Microsoft definitely caught up in the race after it started with the Xbox, an powerful, but alright system. Once the 360 came, it changed everything. We can stay so connected with each other, no matter where we are. The options of being able to customize the way we play (avatars, profiles, downloadable content, chatting) has changed the way gaming has become. It is right now the most powerful system out of the battle of the three. Each system has its perks, but Xbox 360 has exceeded them, especially through Xbox Live.

Xbox 360

Ownership period: less than 1 year.

I love my xbox, I'll admit that, I have over 90 games for it. The only things I dont like are the noisy fans, and the limited backwwards compatibility. Otherwise, I enjoy HD gaming. Xbox also has some of the best games.

Love It!

I've had mine for a while now, and I love the fact that I can play games, rent and watch movies, listen to music, and watch movies through Netflix on one device.

Love/Hate relationship

The Xbox 360 has been a disaster when it comes to longevity of a single console. I'm currently on my third due to repairs and replacements. If you can get past this, you'll realize that Xbox live has transformed online gaming. Simply amazing

I hate this council i have gone through three of them so far and i have only had this hunk of junk for only 5months, and in my book that is a sign of shoddy workmanship. On top of it all i have friends that purchased it the same time I did and they are having problems similar to mine.
I loved my X-box, but the 360 is just a joke the PS3 is better in performance and the Wii is more fun there is no reason you would need the X-box360.
My final say is that it doesn't deserve to have the title X-box, because it hasn't revolutionized anything bottom line.

I have had my Xbox for a while now and even though its getting older Microsoft still brings more to the table by adding more and more to Xbox LIVE. I network to my home computer for music and even movies. Xbox has become a pretty good multimedia system.

As someone that has owned all major game consoles, i must say that the xbox 360 is the best system for someone that loves the online experience with friends. if you like to game with your friends online the incorporation of xbox live is the only way to go. the playstation home network is not nearly as smooth and user friendly.
