Description: A svelte 2 1/2-way floorstander, the new M4 builds on the considerable musical strengths of the M2 by providing greater bass extension and weight. Rigid construction is again key to achieving the clean, un-boxy sound. Unlike the M2, the Monitor M4 has a reflex port at the rear as well as the front. This is to provide maximum airflow at low frequencies and reduces air pressure that can lead to bass compression effects.
