Acer liquidmini Pro Reviews

PC Advisor‘s review Edit

The Acer Liquid Mini is a good value-for-money phone at £178, but the Galaxy Ace, which is available for a little more, has a much better processor and bigger screen and could be a better option. However, the LG Optimus One P500 is a much better option.

ITreviews‘s review Edit

The Acer Liquid Mini ticks a lot of boxes as far as a modern Android-based smartphone is concerned, and the fact that it comes in a range of colours may increase its appeal to younger buyers. But it doesn't do anything special or different.

www.trustedreviews.com‘s review Edit

With its small screen and less than speedy processor, the Acer Liquid Mini isn't going to appeal to hardcore smartphone users. However, if you're after a phone with a smaller form factor, but good line-up of features, then it's a solid, if not exactly spectacular option.

Pocket-lint‘s review Edit

There's not really anything wrong with the Liquid Mini, it's compact and reasonably sturdy, and the array of available colours is a nice touch that's sure to appeal to the younger market. However, it is decidedly underwhelming, mainly due to the disappointing screen and touch control.

TechRadar UK‘s review Edit

The Acer Liquid Mini is yet another mid-range, middle of the road Android smartphone. It doesn't do anything spectacularly well, and if you're able to stump up a few more quid and still want Acer, we'd advise you take a look at the Acer Stream instead.

Phone Arena‘s review Edit

The Acer Liquid Mini has a very appealing jazzy look coupled with a curved rounded body, but as much as we liked that, we couldn't help but notice the slight lag even in the main menu. On the positive side, you have an affordable price tag which helps you swallow that bitter pill, and you still get a smartphone running the rich in features Android Froyo. The list of negatives however outweighs the positives: the below average fixed-focus camera, lack of Flash support and limited 3D application support should be considered.
