Sapphire ATOMIC HD 4890 1GB GDDR5 PCIE Pro Reviews

HEXUS‘s review Edit

Boiling down quite simply, if you want more bang for your buck it's better to look elsewhere - and there are no shortage of alternatives. The Sapphire Radeon HD 4890 ATOMIC 1,024MB is a graphics card that's designed to make marketing noise that's backed up by a quality product. Not for everyone, sure, but it's the best partner-based HD 4890 we've seen, if not the best value.

All in all we’ve got a pretty kick ass card here and if you're looking for a top of the line HD 4890 this is the one worth looking at. In typical fashion Sapphire hasn't disappointed and makes good use of the ATOMIC name once again.

We have never done this before but I’m going to give this card every award we’ve got. The Dam Good Award because it really is that good. The Dam Innovative Award due to its lower than expected power consumption, low noise output and amazing temperatures. Finally it gets the Dam Good Value Award because it more often than not grabs a stock GTX 285 and smacks it around while yelling “who’s your DADDY!?!” over and over again while retailing for about $50 less. Bravo Sapphire.
