Conclusion The H320 is part of Lenovo’s Essential series, and for once, the machine lives up to its name. A reasonably strong CPU provides the heavy-lifting in this instance, and, when partnered up with the Blu-ray optical drive, presents customers with the capability to watch whatever content they want, however they wish to watch it. On the downside, the H320 does suffer from port scarcity; with only six USB 2.0 ports, it would be nice to see a couple more. Additionally, while disabling on-board video ports when a discrete video card is added, Lenovo could make some waves by enabling such extreme multi-display capability on an affordable, consumer-class machine. Still, if you’re looking for a little - but not too little - box that does it all, then be sure to check out Lenovo’s H320.

Lenovo's H320 has some great features--and some not so great features. We love the Blu-ray combo drive and HD support, as well as the speedy general performance. We're not quite as thrilled with the admittedly lacking port selection, or the absence of built-in Wi-Fi (which has become increasingly common amongst the competition's wares). The lack of feet for setting the computer on its side is also a bit annoying, but that's likely a matter of individual preference. If those drawbacks don't bother you, the H320 delivers solid, speedy performance for under $700--but I recommend skipping the dinky monitor.

With good looks, a space-saving form factor, and a Blu-ray drive, the H320 is a smart choice as midrange family PC.
