A capable computer but it's too expensive, with poor-quality peripherals and no Blu-ray.

PC Magazine‘s review Edit

The Lenovo IdeaCentre B305 comes loaded with plenty of forward-looking technology: touchscreen, 3D graphics, HDTV tuner. It's a decent multimedia-oriented PC, with a price below $1,000.

In the end, the Lenovo didn't do nearly enough with this model of the IdeaCentre to knock off the Editors’ Choice-award-winning Gateway One ZX6900-01e, which is bigger, faster, and—thanks to a price cut since we reviewed it—cheaper at $899. It also features a full-HD display, which Gateway smartly pairs with a Blu-ray drive and an HDMI-out port, both sorely lacking in Lenovo's smaller, pricier PC.

PC Pro‘s review Edit

A dull all-in-one, but serviceable if all you demand is regular desktop computing
