Clamshell was the achilles heel

Ownership period: less than 3 months.

Back in early 2008, everything about this phone was top-of-the-line and it even had a full keyboard. So, I bought it. Work terrific for everything, except calling. The problem is the dialing interface when the phone is closed is lackluster at best. It requires you to scroll through your contacts with the scroll wheel in order to make a call, something which takes forever when you have 200+ of them. What's worse is dialing a number which isn't in the phone. Then you're required to use what can only be described as a digital rotary dial, but slower.
Since the phone didn't work well as a phone, I sold it after 2 months and went back to my beat-up N93.
