WWDC '11 - what will be announced, any expectations?

WWDC is just a couple of hours away and a lot of questions asked will get their answers. iCloud is 100% certain, along with iOS5 and Lion--the next OS releases for apple devices. Personally I'd love to see the new iPhone 5 as well, but that is probably (99,9%) not going to happen.

I`ve read that there might be new MacBook Airs but i`m not 100% sure about that
Well the first day brought iOS 5, iCloud and another developer preview of the OS X lion, still no new hardware as far as i know.
No new hardware. Although great new features in both Lion and iOS5 were introduced. iCloud seems quite interesting as well, I already subscribed for the service(http://www.apple.com/icloud/notify-me/), will be trying the free version as soon as it hits the download stage.
iCloud is a really nice addition.
