A new search engine optimization firm called Plussems is offering package deals on Google +1 button clicks, The Atlantic reported this week.
The +1 button, which Google launched earlier this year, lets online users who hold a Google account vote up or give kudos to a site, search result, or online advertisement. Plus-oneing something likely affects search ranking results, although Google has been cagey about stating how the information is used or will be used in the future, once it has collected and analyzed data over time. Any Google account holder can click the +1 button at any time after signing in.
