Hate it or love it, iPhone is one (or the) of the best selling high-end smartphone on the planet. Packed with a fast CPU and the trendy and "open" Android OS, will the Google child Nexus the First be able to be a real rival of the iPhone?

the only concerns i have are the little roller ball and all the issues as far as cleanliness that go with it, and would owning a phone directly from google cause problems in the service of the phone. verizons service policy and their availability has been a godsend in the years i have been with them. i couldn't imagine going through the Storm issues again without a physical location to run to.it worries me a little, but will probably make the leap in spring.
I'd say wait it out on this phone until Google pushes out more updates and gets the kinks out. It looks like it will be a very nice phone. I wish the unlocked version did not cost so much or else I would try it out.
This thing is beastly. I personally hate AT&T, and don"t much care for Apple. Let's see what this thing can do once the bugs are totally worked out and when it hits VZW.
