The newly announced Magellan RV9145 has a lot under the hood and is set up to help get that RV from here to there in fully-informed style. Not only is the 7-inch screen readable from the kitchen table, but the information on the unit includes over 11,700 private campgrounds in the US, and Canada with stats on their Wi-Fi amenities, ability to handle Big Rig campers, or are pet friendly.
The Magellan RV9145 offers routes that take the size of the RV into account, offering customized routes that keep you safe. If you are a Good Sam member, you'll enjoy the fact that the RV9195 lists which campgrounds offer you the Good Sam discount.

Designed for commercial truck, bus and taxi operators, the company's new RoadMate 5190T boasts a five-inch color display that drivers can use to find the most pain-free routes from point A to point B. With the 5190T strapped to their dashboards, truckers will be able to set up customized routing based on their vehicles' precise specifications, while using Magellan's Highway Lane Assist feature to help negotiate more baroque highway interchanges or exits.

Magellan makes navigation devices for all sorts of uses form cars and RVs up to iPhone apps to get you where you need to go. The company has announced a new accessory that will work with its RoadMate 1700 or RoadMate 9055 GPS navigation devices for cars and trucks. The new accessory is called the Magellan Wireless Backup-Camera. It attaches to the vehicles rear license plate and needs no wire to the GPS device to work.
