Christie is happy to announce the release of their latest large venue projectors, the LX1200 and LHD700 projectors. The company unveiled these two back in September. The LHD700 is capable of displaying 7000 ANSI lumens, a 3000:1 contrast ratio, and full HD (1920 x 1080) resolution. The LX1200 comes with 12000 ANSI lumens, a 4000:1 contrast ratio, and a native XGA (1024 x 768) resolution. Christie Announces Solaria V.2.2 Software Upgrade

Christie announced today a new software upgrade that will be available soon to the Solaria series of digital projectors. The Solaria V.2.2 software is specifically designed to support high frame rate footage. The rates can be as high as 60 frames per second when the standard frame rate is generally only 24 FPS. The newest projectors to be unveiled by Christie are the LX1200 and LHD700. Both projectors are unique in their own individual ways. The LX1200 is designed mainly for medium sized venues like boardrooms, houses of worship, and auditoriums.
