Logitech is rolling out a new addition to its G-Series gaming lineup, the G600 MMO Gaming Mouse, which features a whopping 20 buttons, including 12 thumb buttons plopped into groups of six "on a meticulously designed thumb panel." There are three default profiles to choose from, two of which are best suited for MMO games and and the other for general gaming, in case you want take a break from World of Warcraft and change things up with Battlefield 3 or the like.
The thumb panel is supposed to be easy to reach so you never have to look away from where the action is, but if you do, it should be easy to spot the button you're looking for courtesy of customizable LED backlighting.

GIGABYTE unveiled its newest high-end gaming mouse under its AIVIA gaming peripherals brand. Called AIVIA Krypton, the mouse is designed to be an ambidextrous.
The mouse features a multi-macro button layout that's symmetrical. The main USPs of Krypton, apart from its ambidextrous design, are a very high tracking resolution (exact figure not known); a "gliding feet" design that suspends the mouse slightly higher, with lower surface contact, to reduce friction; and of course adjustable weight. It's estimated that just 10 percent of the world are left-handed but that hasn't stopped lefties from being vocal about what they want. Gaming peripheral manufacturer Razer has announced that it will be producing a left-handed version of the Naga gaming mouse following huge demand from its users. Razer said on Friday that it saw "an overwhelming response from its devoted community" regarding the issue of the a Naga for lefties.

Japanese company Elecom unveiled a new line of gaming mice featuring cross-axis sensitivity settings, giving you the ability to tune the sensitivity of the mouse by tuning the X and Y axes independently. The sensitivity setting is then displayed back to the user by LEDs on the mouse, next to button 1. The M-H1ULBK and M-H2DLBK launched today have the same exact design, except that the M-H2DLBK is capable of both wireless and wired opteration. The M-H1ULBK is wired.
