Outstanding phone, Rugged Design

Ownership period: less than 3 months.
I got this phone for a relative of mine who's only requirement was a durable phone with amazing reception. This phone fits the bill perfectly. This phone gets reception nearly everywhere, even in places his previous Motorola did not. The speakerphone is the loudest / clearest I've ever heard on a cell phone. The internal screen may not be high resolution, but the 262,000 colors really compensate for that. All in all, this is a great phone for anyone who works in an industry where their phone will take a beating, or for people who frequently break other types of phones. I deducted 1 point simply because there are issues with battery life (workarounds available though) and the battery door that came with the phone did not fit (common issue), had to get a replacement door that fits properly.
