LG GM750 Pro Reviews

ITreviews‘s review Edit

In spite of some impressive specifications, we think the dual interface system combining LG's S-Class with Windows Mobile and doubling up on some applications is just too complicated for many users.

reghardware‘s review Edit

The LG GM750 looks pretty good on paper but we found it to be a frustrating device in practice, largely because of its unresponsive screen. Even once we'd figured out how to get it working reliably, we still didn't feel comfortable having to use our thumbnails. The camera is OK, the browser is more than capable, but the GM750 doesn't quite seem to know whether it wants to be a high-end smart phone or a do-it-all workhorse, and falls somewhere between the two. So despite a high-ish spec list LG’s GM750 never quite lives up to its promise.

TechRadar UK‘s review Edit

Overall, with its unusual mix of operating systems, this handset isn't the success it could have been. The screen is simply too unresponsive – at least on our review sample – to use comfortably, and performing the simplest processes takes far longer than it should.

A good-looking smartphone let down by a wayward touch screen and limited usability.

Pocket-lint‘s review Edit

You have to give the LG GM750 an A for effort. What this phone is, is a real work horse. LG has covered all the bases with high-res camera, an in-depth OS, a second option in case you don't like that one and an easy to use handset that will last even the longest of contracts. What there is little of is style and subtlety.

LG has made some impressive touchscreen phones in the past but unfortunately, the GM750 is not one of them. It may be available on a pretty reasonably monthly tariff from Vodafone, but the sluggish performance and unresponsive touchscreen mean that we still don’t think it offers good value for money.

Phone Arena‘s review Edit

The LG GM750 is a Windows Mobile 6.5 smartphone, equipped with properly personalized interface that rivals the customizations packs of the HTC Touch Diamond2 and Samsung OMNIA II…
