Samsung Pixon12 Pro Reviews

ITreviews‘s review Edit

The camera is a very good performer, but really, if you want this many megapixels you'd be much better off investing in a digital camera and separate mobile phone.

PC Advisor‘s review Edit

Samsung's Pixon 12 is a great camera phone but lacks in a few other areas. If you're purely after a camera phone then this will do the job, but if you're looking for more of an all-round smartphone, the Pixon 12 fails to deliver.

TechRadar UK‘s review Edit

A nice enough effort from Samsung, but it's not going to break any sales records, despite being a world's first. We're all for innovation, but the world's first 12MP cameraphone seems to have forgotten about the phone aspect of the alliance in some respects. A decent alternative to a point-and-shoot compact camera, but not worth the money to ditch a separate device altogether.

The wide angle lens with only a digital zoom won't win over camera buffs but its image uploading features may well appeal to amateurs and bloggers alike.

GSMArena‘s review Edit

There you go - the Samsung M8910 Pixon12 is the next stage in cameraphone evolution and you're welcome to take it and use it. Cameraphones are still some way behind point-and-shoot digicams and seriously, catching up is not the point. The thing is if everything else was getting better at the pace handsets are evolving, we'd be living in a better world.

www.trustedreviews.com‘s review Edit

The Samsung M8910 Pixon 12 is undoubtedly the best camera phone we've used. It produces great pictures, is easy to use and has all the modern features you'd expect. However it's scratch-prone touchscreen, and a few other niggles mean it's not a phone we'd outright recommend.

LetsGoDigital‘s review Edit

With the introduction and availability of the Samsung Pixon 12, the mobile photographer is confronted with high resolution pictures for the first time. The Samsung Pixon 12 features a special AMOLED touchscreen for a powerful color reproduction, and provides the avid user with several creative possibilities to capture everything in his surroundings and share it immediately with the mobile community...

Phone Arena‘s review Edit

About a year ago, Samsung introduced the world to one gadget that aimed its attention on photography - the Samsung Pixon. Roughly one year later, the spotlight is set on the Samsung Pixon12 M8910 to become a true all-in-one gadget. Its 12-megapixel camera might be way more than what most people can swallow...
