The total image, however, is a nice one, and if the design appeals to you, the Samsung Beat could be a good choice. Personally, I find the Samsung Beat DJ M7600 a tad too slow for my liking, and I miss certain things that, if applied, could make this music phone more complete.

Samsung's music editing/scratching idea is quite well implemented, but it is a bit of a five-minute-wonder. Battery life is too short and for a music centric handset, too, but the quirky physical design will win it some friends.
