Sony Ericsson C903 Pro Reviews

ITreviews‘s review Edit

The ergonomics of use are good, the 5-megapixel camera all you really need from a phone and the battery life perfectly acceptable. Without Wi-Fi the C903 is a bit short-changed, but nonetheless this is a good all rounder.

reghardware‘s review Edit

It's a step down from the range-topping C905, but not such a huge one, since the C903's 5Mp camera retains most of the same shooting features. There's also a good media player and a reasonable music player, but the lack of Wi-Fi will undoubtedly make the web a wearisome experience on this phone.

PC Advisor‘s review Edit

The Sony Ericsson C903 Cybershot has a good interface, decent looks but is let down by its imaging.

TechRadar UK‘s review Edit

the C903 is a comfortable cameraphone for everyday use. It's not the most sophisticated 5-megapixel shooter you can find, but it takes a good image and does a decent job on its spread of features. The C903 isn't a range changer, let alone a game changer – but it neatly slots into a gap in the Cyber-shot line-up.

Pocket-lint‘s review Edit

Overall we have to question the positioning of the C903 as a Cyber-shot handset. The camera side doesn't really sell the phone to us, as the performance isn't as good as those rivals with better lenses. As a slider handset we have little to complain about. It is Sony Ericsson doing what they do best, with an attractive spec sheet too: GPS and HSDPA bring a lot to the package opening up the range of features available.

www.trustedreviews.com‘s review Edit

Nobody really needs an 8-megapixel camera on their phone, and this 5-megapixel one is easy to use and takes a good snap. The phone itself feels a bit plasticky in build terms, but the features list is good. It is a pity about the headphones debacle.

GSMArena‘s review Edit

Inspired by the Sony T-series point-and-shoot digcams with an elegant lens cover, the Sony Ericsson C903 is a compact and attractive cameraphone. The C903 is packed with features you'd expect of a high-end phone and it behaves like one as well. A GPS-enabled 5 MP slider with a nice large display, nifty feature-phone interface and friendly size is a welcome addition to the company portfolio. And yes, we think the Glamour Red version will be a favorite with the ladies.

Phone Arena‘s review Edit

As we expected, Sony Ericsson did it again. The company has just taken the lead in the multi-megapixel rush with its newly introduced Idou at the MWC. Although we are biting our nails to get our hands on one of these 12-megapixel monsters due to come out like really soon, there is that petty little off the map thing about it, called a price tag, which does make us somewhat ill at ease here ...
