i know its the newest toy ive had and the apps are ok some are great theres more to come its worth waiting for theres really no other phone that sprint has that copares right now the camera is really clear

Best gadget ever.

Ownership period: less than 1 year.
In months I've had my Pre, I've been amazed at how much this device has become a part of my life. The Synergy feature syncing feature is unmatched by any other device on the market. Also, using it on the Sprint network has been a pleasure. Sprint gets a lot of bad press and I can't figure out why. Been with them for over 6 years and have never even had a single dropped call, NOT ONE.

MULTI-TASK!

This is hands-down the best multi-tasking phone out there. Feel free to be in a phone call, online, setting your alarm, and looking up how to get to the nearest Chinese restaurant all at the same time. The phone itself is a little wobbly in the hand, but the physical QWERTY keyboard is nice to have. Battery life is terrible, less than a day of normal use.

Ownership period: less than 1 year.
When i first held the Palm Pre, all i could think was...ITS SO SMALL! But when i actually got one for myself, I was completely awestruck! Being able to see all that this device could do just blew my mind!

Best phone ever

Very simply this device has so many possibilities in front of it that the competition just cant compare to. Googles out to get all your info and privacy nuts will avoid them for this, windows mobile is for all intents and purposes dead, symbian is... well symbian who? Palm has a golden opportunity here and i don't think that they are wasting it either. I bought this when it first came out and at that point.... it needed work. But now i have 3d games on par with the i phone (and same stupid control scheme unfortunately ), my phone can multitask better than any other phone i have used (including android phones), the interface is elegant and well thought out and to top all that off, they have something no one else does! Wireless charging. At the very least its cool! The phone is very small and compact and fits nicely in my palm. I wish the keyboard was bigger, but you get used to it (you have to). And compared to what is currently on sprint and Verizon, this phone just rocks! Anyone on either carrier thinking of taking the plunge, you wont regret it.

Phone of the Future.

Ownership period: less than 1 year.
The Palm Pre may the most overlooked device out there right now. With all the constant hoopla of Droid this and iPad that. The Pre is truly the most unique device in it's category. The hardware is some what lacking, but it more than makes up for it with the WebOS operating system, which many experts agree is the best in the industry.
