Samsung Memoir Pro Reviews

PC Advisor‘s review Edit

Cameraphone fans will love the Samsung Memoir, but we're not so sure about everyone else. Its average multimedia features won't impress audiophiles, and its lack of Wi-Fi and an app store won't satisfy those folks craving a handset with smartphone capabilities. But it does deliver what it promises: a feature-rich camera with above-average quality.

The first 8-MP camera phone for the U.S. is nearly good enough to replace your point-and-shoot, but it’s far from perfect.

phonemag‘s review Edit

My point and shoot camera is a 7.2 megapixel Casio. I love that thing, and it takes some really nice photos. The Samsung Memoir is basically an 8 megapixel point and shoot with Xenon flash and some nice photo enhancing features. Oh, and it’s also a cell phone with touchscreen controls and 3G internet. My Casio doesn’t have that.

Enter the Samsung Memoir, a touch-screen smart phone with an 8-megapixel camera available at a carrier-subsidized price. This is T-Mobile's third high-end camera phone...
