Ownership period: less than 1 year.

This phone turned me away from future Sony-Ericsson products simply because of the obvious lack of development time which went into it. Just about ever feature of the phone was flawed or non-functional. Customization was a joke with the ability to change hot buttons disabled. The phone was dropping calls left and right, which is normally the networks fault, except my G1 never dropped a call and was on the same network in the same locations. Bluetooth on the phone was unreliable at best and always need the password to be entered with my girlfriends plantronic's headset. The battery life meter was inaccurate and would reduce from half battery to zero very quickly, especially when you needed it. Worst of all, I traded this phone for another one after 2 months, citing the problems I had with the features, and the new phone was just as bad as the old one making me believe it's just the phone, nothing more. To summerize, avoid this phone. There are plenty of other options and models available and none can be as painful to own as this.
