Motorola Stature i9 Pro Reviews

PC Magazine‘s review Edit

The Motorola Stature i9 is the nation's fanciest prepaid phone, looking like neither your typical Nextel handset nor the sort of low-end model most people associate with prepaid accounts. It brings high-end features and a touch of class to the $50 per month unlimited calling plan on Boost. While the i9 isn't perfect, it's clearly the prestige handset choice if you use that carrier.

phonedog‘s review Edit

In the days of competition between cell phone manufacturers, the Motorola Stature i9 distinguishes itself well, and is another welcome addition to the ever-changing Nextel family. While it does have a few flaws and is a bit pricey, users that need the Direct Connect capability will be pleased to see the selection in the formerly drab lineup of iDEN devices.

Remarkably, the i9's feature set doesn't improve very much upon recent Razr models, but it remains a solid midrange model for communication and multimedia. It offers push-to-talk, a 3.1-megapixel camera, Bluetooth, and a music player. Call quality was decent--voices sounded a bit robotic, but we could carry on a conversation without any real problems.

Phone Arena‘s review Edit

Sprint has put an emphasis on revitalizing the iDEN network, and the Motorola Stature i9 stands along side the BlackBerry 8350i as a centerpiece to this revitalization. The former a sexy flip with external touch controls, a 3 megapixel shooter with a polished finished while the latter the solid business class device...
