Ownership period: more than 1 year.

I don't hate many things, this phone is one thing I hate... It disappoints at almost every turn and gets terrible reception. Why even make touch screen phones if they don't have the power to keep up with the pocket pc's of old?

Pros
Camera - with good lighting really is impressive
FLOtv - I didn't pay and still got to see something when I was bored
Speakers - good sound

Cons
Interface - Bad bad and bad
Reception - not great
Customization - Well that's Verizon's fault too

Not a very good phone

Ownership period: less than 1 year.

I had this phone about a month after its release. I broke 3 of them and made verizon pay for them to be replaced because they were all manufacturer defects. The original software was terrible, shut down randomly all the time. The new "titanuim" one I have heard doesn't have any defects and the new software is usable. The only pro I can think of was that this thing had the best phone qwetry keyboard i've ever used.
