Dell H825cdw Pro Reviews

computershopper‘s review Edit

Dell is by no means the only laser-printer maker that strategically sells laser-class printers designed to churn out black-and-white pages at an acceptable cost per page (the bulk of all laser printing), while giving the color per-page cost apparent short shrift. It's as if the laser makers have ceded low-cost color to the business-inkjet crowd. (You can get laser-quality prints at Kinko's for about 6 cents each, by the way.)As we said about the H625cdw, overall the H825cdw is a good laser-class printer with suitable print speed and print quality for the price. You get more than enough productivity and convenience features to make it worth its deeply discounted price tag at Dell; so long as it stays on sale direct from Dell, that initial purchase price is a very good value. (Again, when we were finishing up this review in mid-January 2016, it was $350, a pretty good buy even if you'd use it just for modest print runs.) After all, this is a well-built laser machine with just about every feature we think reasonable for its price class.
