Amazon Fire HD 6 Pro Reviews

TechRadar UK‘s review Edit

I've spent a good amount of time with the Amazon Fire HD 6 and it has already inserted itself into my regime. The mixture of durability, small footprint and access to Amazon's Prime service combine to make a device that's great for watching movies on the go, but not so great for actually getting things done. If you've only got £80, $100 and you want a tablet, this is the best that you can get, just don't expect it to replace your laptop, or even your iPad.

Phone Arena‘s review Edit

Attached with a $99.00 price point, the Amazon Fire HD 6 is undoubtedly budget conscious – one that won’t be too draining on the pockets. Normally speaking about cheap tablets, they typically don’t have too many compelling things about them, so that’s why so many of them are just forgettable. With this, however, it’s able to charm us a little bit, despite its bland design and entry-level offering. Clearly, it’s not meant for heavy productivity work, but for all of those other fun activities, such as reading books and watching movies, the Amazon Fire HD 6 is at the very least an effective thing for the enjoyment – more so thanks to the idea that it can be carried around in a bag or backpack inconspicuously.

SlashGear‘s review Edit

The Fire HD 6 is a fun little device. If you’re excited about getting the best of the best in Amazon, this isn’t it - this is the budget model. This is the device that’ll cost you $99 or $119 USD depending on your choice of storage size. This is the device you buy for your relative - or your child. Though you might want to opt for the Fire HD Kids Edition Tablet if that’s your end goal. Kid-Proof Case and all. If you’re aiming to purchase a tablet for your aunt or uncle, grandma or grandpa, mother or father this holiday season, this is a good bet. If they’ve never used Amazon before, you might want to check with them to see what they think about Fire tablets, but you’ll probably be just fine anyway.
