Epson WorkForce WF-2660 Pro Reviews

Digital Trends‘s review Edit

The WF-2660 packs a lot of functionality into a small form factor. It offers numerous connectivity options, including NFC. Productivity users will appreciate the ADF and PrecisionCore technology for faster, vibrant prints, while most home users will like the photo quality output on the right type of paper. One thing we will point out is, at list price, the WF-2660 is only $50 less expensive than the WF-3640 and $20 less than the WF-3620. Those models are bulkier, but you get faster speeds and more features (a quick browse on the Internet pulled up even lower prices; look for rebates from Epson). The WF-2660 is also priced higher than consumer four-color MFPs, but we the PrecisionCore is a nice feature to have as it delivers better performance.

We found plenty to like about the WorkForce WF-2660, including a wealth of sophisticated mobile connectivity features and excellent print quality. In fact, aside from the unusually high cost per page, the only thing we really didn’t like about this printer was that its 30-sheet ADF doesn’t auto-duplex, or scan the second side of two-sided pages, automatically. Aside from that, though, this WorkForce has everything else you might expect from a desktop AIO printer, with cutting-edge garnishes like Wi-Fi Direct and NFC. There’s no doubt that for its marked-down price of $99.99, this is a great little printer—that is, if you don’t print very much, but would make use of many of its ancillary AIO features. While it may not be suited for high-volume output, or anything close to it, for the price it can just sit idle until you need it, and with all these features, most likely do what you need it to when you’re ready.

TechRadar UK‘s review Edit

For a $100 all-in-one device, the Epson WorkForce WF-2660 strikes a great balance between price, features and print quality. It has all the mobile and wireless tricks you could possibly need, print quality that rivals dedicated photo printers, and handy office features like an automatic document feeder that makes it an ideal office companion. Though some of its features can be temperamental, and the learning curve to figure out all the features can be steep, in my opinion, the WF-2660 is a worthy investment for your business.

PC Magazine‘s review Edit

The Epson WorkForce WF-2660 inkjet multifunction printer (MFP)'s low paper capacity limits it to light-duty use, but it otherwise delivers lots of features and high-quality output.
