PC Advisor‘s review Edit

While we were initially disappointed by the lack of innovation in the new range, as an overall deal, the 280X is an exceptional deal. The 770 is only a little faster, but it is considerably more expensive - and once manufacturers start really juicing the 280X, we should see its performance lift by another 2-3fps. If the gap to the 770 was £20, we'd be faced with a dilemma. When the price difference is around £80, though, the 280X has to be the better choice. The 760 is around £45 cheaper, but is a long way behind the 280X in terms of raw figures, and will struggle more in the future than the 3GB ATI. If you're in the market for a card at around the £250 mark, this is a clear first choice. A win for new technology, it might not be, but a victory for the consumer? Undoubtedly.
