Dell Inspiron 2350 Pro Reviews

computershopper‘s review Edit

As we mentioned at the start of this review, we understand and appreciate the logic of not trying to fix something that isn't broken. But the flip side of that is the risk of resting on past laurels. When we reviewed the original Inspiron 23, we were so impressed we wound up not only making it an Editor's Choice but also giving it an honorable mention as one of the best all-in-one desktops of 2013. But with competition getting ever fiercer, not enough has changed in this year's refresh to earn such accolades this time around. That's not to say the 2015 version is a bad system. Quite the contrary, it still looks great, offers a gorgeous display, and performs reasonably well for an all-in-one at this price point (though 27-inch all-in-ones, including Dell's and Apple's desirable entries, are coming perilously close price-wise). And the RealSense camera, though it's waiting for more apps, is an intriguing extra that you won't find in most rival systems. But given the choice, we'd rather have seen a few more significant updates to the Inspiron 23's main components.
