The Epson WF-7520 is big. It’s big physically and big on capabilities. Print quality is generally very good and it’s fast. It’s priced at a reasonable $300, and if you have a need for large format printing or scanning and have the room for it, it’s a great buy for the money. While it’s targeted toward the small business user, home users will find it just as useful.

The Epson WorkForce WF-7520 is a premium high-volume printer in every sense, right down to its exceptional output and reproduction performance. That it prints the largest page format we've seen from any AIO makes it even more attractive. We can say without reservation that few models will serve a small business or office environment more comprehensively than this one. However, a bit like buying a luxury car that requires premium fuel and has high regular maintenance fees, this AIO's ink is the equivalent of pricey high-octane. Consider its cost per page of more than 10 cents for standard-size pages, and recognize that oversize pages will cost you twice as much (or considerably more, if you print large-format photographs). Add that to the cost of large-format paper, and you'll want to keep an eye on printing costs. The price of the printer itself, if you use this machine a lot, will be only a small part of your cost equation. If you use it as the high-volume printer it's built to be, be warned: You'll find the WF-7520 to be less than ideal for, say, a budget-minded small business.
