Intel Core 2 Duo E6300 Pro Reviews

TechSpot‘s review Edit

Essentially the E4300 can be altered to operate at exactly the same specifications as the E6300 with the only difference being the lack of VT technology. If you were to increase the FSB from 200MHz to 266MHz and reduce the clock multiplier from 9x to just 7x, the E4300 would in fact become an E6300.

HardwareZone‘s review Edit

Overall, for less than US$400, you can get yourself a Core 2 Duo E6300 processor, a capable overclocking friendly motherboard, and even spare budget for an aftermarket cooler if you so require the extra performance boost or a quieter computing experience at highly overclocked speeds. So for those of you who've been patiently waiting for the next overclocking champ, the Core 2 Duo E6300 has arrived and this is one boat you wouldn't want to miss.
