Lexmark OfficeEdge Pro4000 Pro Reviews

computershopper‘s review Edit

We've looked at several high-volume AIOs recently, and all of them perform well, have low per-page operational costs, and turn out good-quality documents. Each is stronger in some areas than others. The OfficeJet Pro 8600 Plus, for example, prints excellent photographs and supports printing via e-mail. Epson's $399.99 WorkForce Pro WP-4540 comes with three paper trays, providing a wealth of paper-handling options. Where does this particular Lexmark machine excel? The OfficeEdge Pro4000 copies, scans, and, in some scenarios, prints faster than competing models. It also has most of the features that small offices require to print, copy, scan, and fax productively. Granted, we'd like to see an override tray for printing one-off envelopes, snapshots, and other off-size documents, and a document feeder that supports duplexing would be nice. But with so many good buys on the market today, it's more important than ever that you do your homework. If you need a strong document printer that scans and copies well, but you don't care a lot about photo reproduction, the Lexmark OfficeEdge Pro4000 is certainly worthy of consideration.
