Ownership period: more than 1 year.

One of the best thing i purchased considering the tight budget i had, i gave Rating 8 considering the price point, service from Sony and overall performance whether it is Dolby pro logic, Multi & other modes the quality of sound is what you expect. One need to be careful while installation (if doing it yourself) about the placement of speakers, bass & most important the room type. Never ever install it in the L shape room as the quality will suffer drastically.. so don't curse the performance but your choice of room selection.Prefer it to be a closed room to give true theatre performace. If you are confused on the spacing between speakers use "Digital Cinema Auto Calibration" and its simple.. plug the mike>keep at the preferred location of seating> press auto caliberate and caliberation starts.You are then all set for an experience you were waiting for. Please do not forget to buy DM Port as an accessory when you buy this as it will allow to to connect any standard media device including your mobile phone,i pod etc.
