What camera to choose?

I'm going to buy new camera, but don't know which one. My options are Canon PowerShot S100 or ELPH 510 HS. Please help :)

Level 9 I`d recommend you the Powershot S100 for several reasons:
1) Newer processor - Digic5(vs Digic4 for the ELPH 510 HS)
2) 24mm wide angle(vs 28mm)
3) In camera HDR
4) Larger sensor
5) Faster continuous shooting
6) GPS
7) 20% more shots per battery charge
