Today, Sceptre unveiled their latest HDTV, the 40 inch X405BV-FHD. This screen uses LCD technology to display full HD (1920 x 1080) resolution and a 4500:1 contrast ratio. Sceptre is known for manufacturing affordable, high quality HDTVs and the X405BV-FHD is no exception. The connection panel has been fitted with a wide array of connection options, including 4 HDMI ports, a composite, s-video, component, RGB, and several audio ports. There is also a USB port to connect a flash drive. The X405BV-FHD is available through certified retailers for just under $500.
