Canon PIXMA iP4920 Pro Reviews

printercomparison‘s review Edit

The single function photo inkjet printer has to fight to stand out on the market considering all the fancy inkjet all-in-ones, affordable single function lasers and cool dedicated photo printers out there for purchase. But Canon has definitely improved on the previous generation Pixma iP4820 with the new Pixma iP4920. The print speeds are faster, the overall print quality is better, improved software and new features like the CD/DVD print tray. The Canon PIXMA iP4920 would fit well in a tiny dorm room or as a desktop printer in a home, but beware of the lack of connectivity options (for users wanting to share the device) and expensive ink replacement over the long run.

Macworld‘s review Edit

If you're looking for good print quality and speed for a moderate volume of output, with the emphasis on photo prints, the Canon Pixma iP4920 will fit the bill better than most alternatives–assuming, of course, that you don't need network connectivity.

This affordable, strong-performing, single-function inkjet printer produces gorgeous prints, but you can't connect it to a network, and its consumables are expensive.
